Lesson 6

1. Cross over review (counterclockwise)

2. Cross Over(clockwise)

3. Backward Cross Over
practice by gliding backwards in a circle (use left foot for swizzle)
put the right leg behind the left leg on gliding backwards
use the left leg to swizzle and perform the cross position
the body weight should put from right leg to the left leg
recover the right leg and continue the movement

4. Turn over
hold the left hand to the forward position
hold the right and with 拳 on the right side
use the right leg toe  to push forward
when moving, turn the left and right hand to the left together, the body would perform 180 degree turn over

practice on the edge for turn over the body

practice on the edge
hold the left hand to the forward position
hold the right hand to the backward position
flip the left hand to the backward, right hand to forward
after the flip, turn over the 腰 and perform 180 degree turn over
