Lesson 4

1. How to walk without tick down
    practice walk and hold the leg in slightly higher position

2. How to walk naturally
    the body and shoulder should keep center and keep less movement

3. How to walk backward
    keep /\ walk movement, another leg follow the movement

4. How to backward wiggle
    perform one swizzle to get the initial movement
    move right by turning the right leg, the left leg follow the movement
    move left by turning the left leg, the right leg follow the movement

5. How to glide with single leg
     keep close to the edge, practice hold one leg
