Lesson 6

1. Cross over review (counterclockwise)

2. Cross Over(clockwise)

3. Backward Cross Over
practice by gliding backwards in a circle (use left foot for swizzle)
put the right leg behind the left leg on gliding backwards
use the left leg to swizzle and perform the cross position
the body weight should put from right leg to the left leg
recover the right leg and continue the movement

4. Turn over
hold the left hand to the forward position
hold the right and with 拳 on the right side
use the right leg toe  to push forward
when moving, turn the left and right hand to the left together, the body would perform 180 degree turn over

practice on the edge for turn over the body

practice on the edge
hold the left hand to the forward position
hold the right hand to the backward position
flip the left hand to the backward, right hand to forward
after the flip, turn over the 腰 and perform 180 degree turn over

Lesson 5

1. Cross over (clockwise)
practice cross over leg with facing the edge
practice movement and cross over leg on the edge
practice cross over with a circle
eye focus on the center
left hand point to the center, right hand hold forward

2. Use the Toe to turn over
practice on the edge

3. 180 degree turn over with the hand movement

Lesson 4

1. How to walk without tick down
    practice walk and hold the leg in slightly higher position

2. How to walk naturally
    the body and shoulder should keep center and keep less movement

3. How to walk backward
    keep /\ walk movement, another leg follow the movement

4. How to backward wiggle
    perform one swizzle to get the initial movement
    move right by turning the right leg, the left leg follow the movement
    move left by turning the left leg, the right leg follow the movement

5. How to glide with single leg
     keep close to the edge, practice hold one leg

Lesson 1

1. How to walk
    start by push the right leg outward, the body follow the leg movement, keep the knife straight

2. How to slow down
    bend the knee, bend the body slightly forward, put the hand on the knee

3. How to fall down and stand up
    bend the knee to the right side, try sit down

4. How  to stop
    keep close to the edge, and practice right leg push to the right(the body move together to the right)

    turn the right leg inward and push out

    try glide and practice the stop position when slow down or stopped
